If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I'm sorry to hear that, however, we can work it out! Please contact me immediately and let me know what the problem is, then if necessary you may return the item to me in its original unused condition within 10 days of receipt.
Returned items should be unused and unworn, and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. I'll issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge.
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 10 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches me. Therefore for your own protection I recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, with delivery confirmation.
The cost of returning the item is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
Please also note I will refund or repair an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.
